Absolutely! Please message us with details through here or through our Etsy shop, and we will go from there. We require a 2 pillow minimum for all custom orders.

If the product you selected is labeled "Made to Order", we still have to fabricate it! For some of them we also have to wait to receive the fabric from our vendors; therefore they will take a bit longer to get to you - usually 2 to 3 weeks.

If you need it earlier, please get in touch with us to possibly expedite your order. 

Yes! We have access to all fabrics to the trade, so please get in touch with us with details and we will make sure you get the pillows in any fabric you'd like. 

For regular orders - we typically process and ship the order within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). 

For made to order - the processing time varies by fabric vendor. Please get in touch with us for the most accurate timeframe.

Shipping time varies by state; we use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. 

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.   

Returns apply only to:

- Received Defective items
- Received Wrong Item and/or Quantity

Since fabric colors can vary from the screen, please request a fabric swatch prior to your purchase. We will no longer offer refunds for “different fabric colors in person”.

Shipping issues do not apply to returns — once an item has left our facility, it is no longer our responsibility.
