Do you do custom orders?
 

Absolutely! Please message us with details through here or through our Etsy shop, and we will go from there. We require a 2 pillow minimum for all custom orders.

 
Why are some products labeled "Made to Order", and others are not?
 
 
The fabric I want is not listed here, can you still source it?

How long will it take to receive my order?
 

For regular orders - we typically process and ship the order within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). 

For made to order - the processing time varies by fabric vendor. Please get in touch with us for the most accurate timeframe.

Shipping time varies by state; we use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

What is your return policy?
 

Returns apply only to:

- Received Defective items
- Received Wrong Item and/or Quantity

Since fabric colors can vary from the screen, please request a fabric swatch prior to your purchase. We will no longer offer refunds for “different fabric colors in person”.

Shipping issues do not apply to returns — once an item has left our facility, it is no longer our responsibility.

Most importantly, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any other reason, please contact us so that we can make things better!
